We offer our services free of charge within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). For projects outside the HRM, an additional travel fee will apply. We're happy to discuss projects throughout Atlantic Canada, so please don't hesitate to contact us, even if your project is a bit further afield!
How do I know which service package is right?

That depends on your project needs! Our Basic package is perfect for smaller projects that require essential site data. The Standard package offers more comprehensive analysis for larger or more complex projects. And our Full package provides the ultimate in-depth analysis, including a detailed base plan, ideal for extensive landscaping projects. If you're unsure, just reach out – we'll gladly help you choose the best package for your specific requirements.

To ensure the most precise representation of your property lines, we recommend providing us with a copy of an existing survey plan. We can then use this information to accurately align our aerial data and create a base plan that reflects your project boundaries.
